Franchisor Questionnaire
Franchises4Vets provides free listings on www.Franchises4Vets.com and in a new publication (Veterans' Franchise Guide) to franchisors who are committed to recruiting and supporting military veterans. Inclusion of a listing on the website and in the publication is open to all franchisors, but limited only to those firms that are prepared to make financial concessions (reduction in the franchise fee, deferral of royalties, reduction in start-up costs, etc.) to veterans. To list your franchise on www.Franchises4Vets.com, please fill out the questionnaire below in full. After completing the questionnaire, hit Submit at the bottom of the page. This will forward the questionnaire to us, at which time we will review the information and approve and upload your profile to www.Franchises4Vets.com. To the extent that we already have the artwork for your 4-color company logo, we will use it at the top of your profile. If we do not have your logo artwork, we will notify you. We will forward instructions on forwarding the logo at that time. You will note that many of the franchisors noted on the site have a link at the bottom of their profiles. This link takes the visitor to www.WorldFranchising.com (the parent company of Franchises4Vets), where a very detailed profile of the company is presented. Non-participants will only have the data shown on www.Franchises4Vets.com displayed in the publication. We reserve the right not to list any franchisor whom we determine does not adequately reflect the objectives and goals of this site.
